Our priority is protecting the interest of the Landlord. We perform due diligence on tenants to ensure maximum compatibility with the Landlord. 

We work with external leasing agents, providing them specific criteria, in order to screen and acquire best tenants for our Landlords. 

We manage the Tenant-Landlord relationship with utmost care to ensure a pleasant stay for the tenant and a reasonable return on investment for the Landlord.

We work with reasonable and reliable external companies to cover all aspects of the property management, including scheduled maintenance, breakdown repair, preventive maintenance, annual maintenance contracts. 

Unlike the competition, our priority is the Landlord's best interest. Accordingly, we do not have in-house leasing or maintenance staff, to avoid conflict of interest. This is what our Landlord love best about us! Of course, we also work hard to ensure a comfortable stay for the tenant.
